Where a workmanship warranty is offered, its scope, duration, and conditions are set out in writing as part of the project agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and application under normal use and do not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including structural movement unrelated to our work, third-party damage, or failure to follow maintenance guidance provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific project or service in question.
