General
We're based in Mirpur-10, Dhaka and work on projects across Bangladesh — residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure. Most of our current project base is in and around Dhaka, Gazipur and Chattogram, but we mobilise nationwide for the right scope.

Both, under one contract. We specify the system after a site survey, supply the materials, and apply them with our own trained crews — not subcontracted labour. That means there's no split responsibility between the supplier and the applicator if something goes wrong.
Yes. We regularly work in operational factories, occupied commercial buildings and live residential sites, and plan the sequencing, access and odour/noise considerations around your operating hours where needed.

Yes. Before we recommend a system, a civil engineer assesses the substrate and root cause on site at no charge. We don't quote off a price list without seeing the actual condition.
Approximate area (sft), the substrate condition and what problem you're experiencing (leakage, cracking, wear, etc.), the location, and your expected start date. Photos of the affected area help us scope faster.
It depends on scope and material lead time, but for most projects we can mobilise within 1–2 weeks of a confirmed order. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of the quotation.
Technical & Quality
Yes. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets are issued before mobilisation, along with a method statement for the specified system.
We provide a written workmanship warranty on applied systems, with scheduled inspection visits after handover. Warranty terms vary by system and are confirmed in your quotation.
Based on the substrate survey — not price alone. Waterproofing, flooring and coating systems each have exposure conditions (hydrostatic pressure, thermal cycling, chemical contact, traffic type) that rule certain products in or out. We specify against the actual defect and site conditions.
Payment & Scheduling
Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in the quotation — typically a mobilisation advance with milestone or completion payments for larger scopes. Get in touch for specifics on your project.
Both. We work on everything from a single leaking bathroom or basement to large-scale industrial flooring and multi-storey basement waterproofing. Project size doesn't change how we survey and specify — every job gets the same engineer-led process.
